| Thanksgiving in Paris |
This year, I am spending Thanksgiving at home with my family, and I consider myself equally blessed. I am thankful that. My family is together for the holidays. My home is comfortable, warm, and inviting. My mom is healthy & happy after a year in and out of the hospital. My nephews are growing up (despite Auntie's plea that they stay little ;) My job is challenging & allows me to be innovative while serving others. I live in a beautiful place, but am fortunate to travel & explore the world. Ralph Waldo Emerson's Thanksgiving poem says it best: For each new morning with its light; For rest and shelter of the night; For health and food; For love and friends; For everything Thy goodness sends.
