"Budding Redbuds"
I realize that nearly all of my photos these past two weeks have been of trees and flowers in my yard, but spring is so lovely and so ephemeral. It is a joy and a challenge to try to capture its beauty, as each day becomes even lovelier. After nearly six months of gray skies, cold, and snow, each colorful blossom and leaf, each glimpse of blue sky and fluffy white clouds is truly a gift.

You have been hitting it out of the park with the picture of the day posts (especially since they are so beautiful)! I do need to go back to how I used to be when I started and use the blog as a creative tool just for me and what I find interesting. I think I got a little mad/frustrated because the book really seemed to simplify something that really isn't that simple at times. Keep posting these gorgeous photos! They make my day!
